Actor Alia Bhatt was "heartbroken" after the defeat of "Shaandaar" but she says she is now ready to face the failure.

The daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt talked about the upsand downs in her career with superstar Shah Rukh Khan, read a statement in a plot of "Lux Golden Divas-Baatein With the Badshah".

"Touch wood, 90 percent of my films have performed well at the box office, but one has failed, and due to this failure, I am more calm... there is some strange reason. 'Shandaar' did not work Box Office, I was heartbroken. I could not believe it, "said Alia.

"I was pointing to my father. He was the only person with whom I was talking and then I went alone on a holiday, so I got injured."

The "Udta Punjab" famous person delivered: " I felt terrible, however after that i felt 'ho gaya' (it is done). The bandage has been ripped. I've faced my first failure, and that i can be geared up for whatever comes. Getting up after the failure is very special. My father despatched me this poster with frank sinatra's quote 'the nice revenge is massive fulfillment'."

Alia has delivered laudable performances in films like tollroad, 2 states, Humpty Sharm Ki Dulhania and Kapoor and Sons. Best Shaandaarturned out to be a damp squib at the container workplace.
